For your protection and to comply with U.S. financial regulations, DoorDex does not allow third-party payments or wallet use. Here’s what that means and why it matters.
You must use your own bank account or Zelle to make payments.
The name on your DoorDex account must match the name on the payment account
Payments from friends, family, or business partners are not accepted
Crypto purchases must be sent to a wallet you own and control.
Don’t use someone else’s wallet address
This protects you from scams, misdelivery, and fraud
Ensures compliance with KYC/AML laws
Prevents fraud, chargebacks, and account misuse
Protects both you and other users on the platform
If you're managing crypto for a business or family member, contact support in the app. We can guide you through setting up proper accounts or business structures that follow compliance rules.
