Impersonation Scams
Scammers may pretend to be DoorDex staff, asking for your login or payment info.

Fake Investment Offers
"Guaranteed profits" or fake doubling schemes are always scams. If it sounds too good to be true — it is.
Phishing Links
Never click unknown links sent via email, DMs, or SMS claiming to be from DoorDex. Always double-check the domain:

Third-Party Payments
Never accept or send payments through someone else’s account. It violates our policy and increases risk of fraud.
Use strong, unique passwords for your DoorDex account
Only use your own bank account/Zelle for payments
Keep personal and financial information private
Don’t rush — scammers often create fake urgency
