Log in to app.doordex.io
Go to your Dashboard
Scroll down to the Transactions section
Each order includes:
✅ Status updates (e.g. "Awaiting Payment", "Processing", "Completed")
⏱ Timestamps to show when each step occurred
💸 Payment and wallet details to confirm everything matches
Your order status updates in real-time as:
Payment is received
Crypto is sent
Transfer is confirmed
If something looks delayed or incorrect, message support inside the app and include your order ID. Our team will investigate and resolve it quickly.
